Even though most of this form could be considered self-explanatory, however, we feel there are some key areas to be explained in more detail. First, please enter as much information for each student(s) that is/are actually attending the course(s). If registering multiple students, please fill in their full name(s) in the field titled "Additional Student(s)* Full Name [other than self]" and know we accept Visa, MC, Discover, Amex and PayPal/eCheck. Also, please know one payment method is acceptable if you wish to pay for all students at once, if not, then please use a separate form for each student and simply enter the agreed upon total amount in ALL applicable payment fields. As a reminder, even IF you may have already provided your credit card information verbally over the phone, you will STILL need to enter ALL applicable authorization information in the METHOD OF PAYMENT section below. Otherwise, IF you chose to personally pay with your credit card on-line, then you will NEED to complete Step #2 on the Registration Page on your own before completing this form and then you will return and select the "Pre-Paid via Shopping Cart" option; also, in the METHOD OF PAYMENT section below. As another option, IF you choose to pay by Cash, Check or Money Order, then that option will also be presented to you in the METHOD OF PAYMENT section below. In addition, please be sure to check the appropriate boxes that apply to your registration and click on the Submit button at the bottom of this form. Once fully completed, you will then receive a "Thank You" message along with showing your submitted information. You may then close your browser and we will contact you, usually within the next 48 hours, with further traveling instructions along with receiving your Acceptance Letter. If you need to submit the Student Agreement by other methods, they you will need to contact us for those instructions, and know the ONLY way to fully process your registration is by submitting this COMPLETED form. The following travel information is for the San Diego/El Cajon California location only. If registering for another location, please contact the corporate office for that information via this email address: email@example.com. That said, please know all recommendations below are not included in your tuition fee(s) and will be at your own expense and responsibility. As for the hotel, we recommend The Days Inn of El Cajon. It's a very nice and clean average hotel within driving minutes of the training facility and close to dining and the local mall. You MUST contact them DIRECTLY at (619) 442-0973 and ask for Anna or Neil (i.e. Managers) and let them know you are a student of Windowtinting.com to receive our corporate room rate of only $59.99 (plus tax) per night for 1 King Bed and the standard room; pending the hotel’s availability. If you wish for more of an up-scale choice, then we also recommend the Marriott Courtyard at 141 N Magnolia Ave, El Cajon, CA 92020 (619) 334-6999, or any "Airbnb" may be an option; however, we have no discounts, affiliations, or personal contacts for those sources. NOTE: When filling out and submitting this form you must at least enter the name of the city for the school you’re registering at in the "City of School Location" field to acknowledge you are registering at the San Diego/ El Cajon location, and know IF the hotel information is unknown at this time, it's okay to leave it blank when submitting this form. As for transportation, we recommend contacting www.carrentals.com for all your rental vehicle needs, or any one of the major rental car companies directly (i.e., Enterprise, Avis, Hertz, etc.). Rental cars can average about $15 to $20 per day (plus taxes) usually for the "economy" class and it's definitely the best way to go while here in our beautiful easy-to-get-around city of sunny San Diego! However, IF you choose not to rent a vehicle, and you fly into San Diego, then a Shuttle Service or Uber/Lift to-and-from the airport and the hotel would be required. If so, for a shuttle service we recommend contacting www.san.org/to-from/Shuttles as they have many options to choose from, or if you choose to use a taxi or Uber/Lift, you can contact www.driveu.com for the local taxi service or contact Uber/Lift directly. In addition, transportation to-and-from the hotel (or Airbnb; if you desire) and the training facility is also required for you, because the recommended Days Inn of El Cajon, is not within normal walking distance to the training facility. As for airport information, please know you will be flying into San Diego International Airport (also called Lindbergh Field) in San Diego, CA. You can visit them online at www.san.org. We also recommend www.expedia.com for great traveling package discounts as well. NOTE: Some restrictions may apply with the individual companies we recommend for all your traveling needs; and for all other U.S. locations, again, you must contact us directly for submission instructions via this email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
